Artist Spotlight: Kristopher Voronin

This week’s Artist Spotlight features photographer Kristopher Voronin, from Fairbanks, Alaska. Kris has been capturing moments and scenes around Alaska and the Pacific Northwest for 6+ years. Growing up surrounded by the beauty of the Alaskan wilderness, Kris found a way to capture images that convey the magnitude and emotions that he, himself experiences in the mountains. As an avid mountaineer and packrafter, Kris is always finding ways to keep his hunger for physical and creative endeavors full. We caught up with Kris last weekend while floating down the Nenana River outside of Healy. All he had to say was “man, I really love packrafting’. Find Kris’s work on Instagram at @polar774.
